OSINT tool : Empower Your Insight

Mobile Number Operator & Circle Finder

Find the current operator and telecom circle of any Indian mobile number — accurate even after porting (MNP).

Verify once — covers repeated lookups for 15 minutes.

About the Mobile Operator & Circle Finder

This tool tells you which telecom operator an Indian mobile number currently belongs to — Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL or MTNL — and the telecom circle (state or metro) it was issued in. Because of Mobile Number Portability (MNP), you can't reliably tell the operator just from the first few digits anymore — a number that started on one network may now be on another. This finder checks the live operator mapping, so the result stays correct even after porting.

Frequently Asked Questions

How accurate is the operator result?

It reflects the current operator, including any porting (MNP). The operator is not guessed from the number series — it's the live operator the number belongs to now.

What is a telecom circle?

India's mobile network is divided into licensed service areas called telecom circles — usually a state or a metro (e.g. Uttar Pradesh East, Mumbai, Delhi). The circle is the region where the number was originally issued.

Which operators are supported?

All major Indian operators: Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vi (Vodafone Idea), BSNL and MTNL.

Can I find the owner's name or live location?

No. This tool only identifies the operator and circle. It does not reveal the owner's name, address or real-time location — that information is private and not publicly available. Please use this tool responsibly and lawfully.

Is it free?

Yes, completely free with no sign-up. Requests are rate-limited to keep the service available for everyone.
